Our Town
Our Town Hollidaysburg Editing
Posted by Charlie G on 04/30 at 03:19 PM
Thank you to the several volunteers wrote about their experiences working on Our Town: Hollidaysburg. Dick Knupp our editor is working hard on all of the features. I will post a photo of him hard at work in a couple of days. It was so great having so many people come out and help with the show. It was a perfect day.
Dwight commented that it was fun learning more of the history of the area. Every show that I have worked on, someone comes up after the preview or when it is broadcast and tells us that they learned something new about their town, even though they have lived there all there life. I think it is neat that you get to participate in “kind of” a oral history of your town. To preserve it just the way it is now.
