Arts Festival Children’s Day Paper Quilt on Display in State College Borough Municipal Building

Arts Festival Paper Quilt from WPSUA colorful paper quilt, created by hundreds of children at the WPSU booth during Children’s Day at the Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts, is now on display in the lobby of the State College Borough Municipal Building.

With assistance from WPSU staff and volunteers, local children decorated individual letter blocks that were pieced together to form a paper quilt. The artwork will be on display through August at 234 S. Allen Street in State College.
