Eyewitness to Genocide; Carl Wilkens Speaking Tour
Historic: living history
7 pm
Carl Wilkens was the only American to choose to stay in Rwanda during the genocide, preventing the deaths of hundreds of children and many adults. Featured in Frontline’s Ghosts of Rwanda, Wilkens’ story reminds us of the significance fo the moral choices we face each day, challenging us to explore our own biases and reminding us that even small things can make a difference.
