Pubic Debate: Is the 21 Drinking Age a Failed Policy?

Resolved: This house believes the drinking age of 21 is a failed policy.
The PSU Debate Society is a student organization dedicated to teaching undergraduate students to engage in civil discourse over matters of public concern.
This public debate will address the drinking age in the context of excessive alcohol consumption and university life. Members of the community will be invited to voice their opinions and enjoy as young minds practice the time-honored skill of public deliberation.
