Just finished listening to _Lovers’ Well_,  a new CD from Matt and Shannan Heaton.  It’s mostly traditional celtic songs and instrumentals, although there are some originals too,  and an unusual Thai song that works very well.  The album featuring vocals, flute and whistles from Shannon and Vocals, guitar, bouzouki and bodhran from Matt.  Other musicians join on accordion, foot percussion, mandolin and piano.  The CD is quite engaging and offers a range of styles and tempos.  Everything on the CD is a good fit on the Folk Show,  and I’m sure its’ going to get used quite a bit on-air.  It’s a great addition to our broadcast library.
