With the new year comes a new prescription drug plan to Medicare, in which the government will no longer define Medicare coverage when it comes to prescription drugs. Join "Pennsylvania Inside Out's" David Price for a discussion with Amos Goodall, a certified Elder-Law Attorney, who will help explain the upcoming changes in the policy. Researchers have found that while certain prescriptions may be good for a person in their 50's, those same drugs could have detrimental effects on someone in their 70's.
