In Motion: PSU Professor works to develop sensors to detect spoiled fluids

Dr. Craig Grimes is working on a new way of detecting spoiled fluids. He and his counterpart in China are working on producing sensors that would be placed in fluids, such as milk, that could be scanned to tell if the fluid is contaminated.
