It is so important to remember and honor the stories of our past struggles and achievements. So true that our great traditions have survived and evolved by perpetuating this process. But another thing Charles does so well is to listen with full attention to the concerns and new ideas of young people, encouraging them to develop a vision for their future.

Mr. Dumas.

If you will run against that oath breaker, Glenn Thompson, I will vote for you. I would even be willing to work with your campaign, if you promise to NOT be an Oath Breaker.

No shit sir. You swear an oath to protect the Constitution, and I expect you to live up to your oath.

Do that, and I will be happy to step up for you.

What an elegant reminder of the importance of narratives. It made reflect on how much of my outlook and personality I can trace back to my grandfathers, the main storytellers of my childhood.
