Brenda Zimmerman

Brenda Zimmerman has worked for MidPenn Legal Services for 12 years. She is the consumer unit leader and lead attorney for MidPenn’s Regional Telephone Advice Project (RTAP), which offers free advice on consumer, housing, and custody matters to a nine-county area.

Paul Berkobin

Paul Berkobin started his career as a real estate agent in southeastern Pennsylvania. In 1993 he opened a full-time mortgage consulting practice in State College. Paul currently works with Gateway Funding Diversified Mortgage Services.

Kate Newton

Kate Newton is director of homeownership programs for the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA). She oversees programs for home purchase, closing cost and down payment assistance, access modification, home repair, mortgage refinance, and on-lot septic system repair and replacement.

Brian Rabian

Brian Rabian, Ph.D., is associate clinical professor and director of Penn State's Psychological Clinic. His research focuses on understanding the development of anxiety and stress-related problems and the relationship between sleep and developmental outcomes in children.
